No e-ticket for me? Why not?

Could be so cool but, I could not ask for e-ticket for Nice-Monaco.

Also, when I tried to input my phone number to reserve the ticket, it kept asking me for a 10 digit number which is was what I was doing but the app kept not accepting it.
