Fast, stable, reliable, well organised - one star to catch up on only bc a mobile ticket option is missing.
Very easy to use and really well done, good overview and simple to buy a ticket
I love this application! It functions perfectly, its so simple to use and it takes me about 2 minutes to take a ticket!
Very nice, but youll have to confirm with your credit card company since it shows a French purchase if you are from another country.
If you need to buy TGV or other tickets, this app is way easier than navigating the SNCF website. Super fast, convenient.
Faster than the sncf website, lets you get a mobile ticket, and I didnt have any issues at all with using a foreign card.

Some bad moments

Unknown error has occurred - thats all I ever see whenever I try to run a search, not even trying to do anything more demanding..
When I try to upload the bought ticket to the app, it says either that the tickets are already in "my tickets" (what is not the case) or it even doesnt find it at all. So I have to print the tickets as in pre-app times.
I used to love this app. But out of the blue the web profile login doesnt work so I cant see my account and online bookings Ive made. As well on this app there are only limited fidelity card options so I cant add mine to a booking. So I end up having to go to the web to make a booking anyway which is why I give it only one star.
Could be so cool but, I could not ask for e-ticket for Nice-Monaco. Also, when I tried to input my phone number to reserve the ticket, it kept asking me for a 10 digit number which is was what I was doing but the app kept not accepting it.
All in all I found this application terrible. You just cant complete your reservation. After trying for a while I decided to go to buy a ticket at the train station, at least I could travel.
Theres no way of logging in through the app by using the same identifier and password which is used to access ones account on the website, so theres no way of associating the session established through the appli with ones fidelity card numbers, ones saved frequent itineraries, ones ticket delivery preferences and so on. One can set certain parameters in this app to check on schedules, and to come to an approximation of the price one might get from the website, but ultimately one is forced to return to the website, and log in there to actually make the booking. In addition, as another reviewer has noted, unless one has a French 10-digit cell phone number, one cant use this app at all. In my case, I stay in France for 3 or 4 months per visit, the visits occuring every year or 18 months, and buy a cheap portable phone with a Mobicarte pre-installed in it each time I arrive. Therefore, my cell phone number is only valid for the present trip, and then only after Ive arrived, and have visited the Orange boutique to purchase this trips cheap phone. (My French homes fixed phone is always the same, but thats not a 06 number.) To use this app, I must lie, and provide the phone number from the last trips phone, which is really no longer valid. This unfortunate design choice is disappointing, because the user interface is fairly intuitive and straightforward. However, theres no good reason why this app shouldnt make use of the same login credentials which I present (and which I have presented for 10 years) when I make a booking on the website. Without that ability, its hardly worth using the appli at all.
