User friendly and straight-forward

Fast, stable, reliable, well organised - one star to catch up on only bc a mobile ticket option is missing.

It does what it should do.

In the new version, the app requests to indicate who is travelling which is a new and unnecessary step in the process. Also, there is a limit set for the number of advance bookings per day (4 ) which is a nuisance for frequent travellers.

Unknown error has occurred - thats all I ever see whenever I try to run a search, not even trying to do anything more demanding..

Very easy to use and really well done, good overview and simple to buy a ticket

When I try to upload the bought ticket to the app, it says either that the tickets are already in "my tickets" (what is not the case) or it even doesnt find it at all. So I have to print the tickets as in pre-app times.

I used to love this app. But out of the blue the web profile login doesnt work so I cant see my account and online bookings Ive made. As well on this app there are only limited fidelity card options so I cant add mine to a booking. So I end up having to go to the web to make a booking anyway which is why I give it only one star.

Could be so cool but, I could not ask for e-ticket for Nice-Monaco. Also, when I tried to input my phone number to reserve the ticket, it kept asking me for a 10 digit number which is was what I was doing but the app kept not accepting it.

So easy to buy train tickets online with this app!!

App size is actually 102 MB, not 75 MB as mentioned here.

I love this application! It functions perfectly, its so simple to use and it takes me about 2 minutes to take a ticket!

All in all I found this application terrible. You just cant complete your reservation. After trying for a while I decided to go to buy a ticket at the train station, at least I could travel.

Very nice, but youll have to confirm with your credit card company since it shows a French purchase if you are from another country.
